(1)ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS) ARE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF DONCASTER CONSTITUTED AT 3 FEBRUARY 1995.PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS SO QUALIFIED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE FORMER COUNTY BOROUGH OF DONCASTER.(2)FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.(3)FOR THE BENEFIT OF PENSIONERS OF THE CHARITY WHO SHALL BE POOR PERSONS DULY QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID.(4)TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A FUND FOR THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL ALMSHOUSES.
