IF IN ANY YEAR ANY RESIDUE CANNOT BE EXPENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSES 23 AND 24 OF THE SCHEME IT MAY BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE SAID PARISH CHURCH.
