1 THE PROVISION OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF BISHAMPTON, ABBERTON AND THROCKMORTON AND A PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISHES. 2 THE YEARLY INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN THE MAINTENANCE, UPKEEP AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC FOOTPATHS IN THE PARISH OF BISHAMPTON INCLUDING THE GATES AND STILES THEREOF; PROVIDED THAT INCOME SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN RELIEF OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS. 3 IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE SAID YEARLY INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR 2, THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE HALL WHEN ERECTED, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE, UPKEEP AND IMPROVEMENT OR EXTENSION OF THE VILLAGE HALL.
