To promote the efficiency of the Defence Postal & Courier Service by fostering esprits de corps and comradeship within the Postal & Courier Service family of serving and retired officers through the provision of social and sporting activities and to assist in the long-term maintenance to the Officers’ Mess.To maintain a fund to afford assistance in the form of grants, donations, weekly or other allowances to past or present members and their wives, widows, children and immediate dependants who may be deserving of help and are in distress through poverty.
