THE COMMITTE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE CHARITY SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION MAKE PAYMENTS TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SICK OR DESTITUTE OR INFIRM OR CONVALESCENT OR AGED PERSONS RESIDENT IN WADHURST AND IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE OR IN MAKING GRANTS AND IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE OR IN MAKING GRANTS OR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FUNDS OF ANY OTHER CHARITY ESTABLISHED FOR SIMILAR PURPOSES AND FOR THE TIME BEING BENEFITING PEOPLE RESIDENT IN WADHURST.
