3. THE Trustees shall hold the Fund together with all income arising therefrom upon trust to apply the same whether capital or income as the Trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion from time to time think fit for such charitable purposes (including the making of grants for such purposes and not otherwise) as will advance education and the dissemination of knowledge.4. NOT so as to limit the generality of the provisions of clause 3 hereof the Trustees may apply the whole or any part of the capital or income of this Fund for any or all of the following purposes:that is to say:-(i) The study of the problems of sex work, of the social and legal status of sex workers, ofthe prevention of sex work and of the legislation and other laws bearing on the practice of sex work.(ii) Research into the cultural and economic contexts in which sex work occurs and alternative ways of addressing its problematic aspects.(iii) the promotion by publication the delivery of lectures and addresses the maintenance of a library and by any other like means of the collection of and dissemination of knowledge about the problems aforesaid and the publication of the studies and research aforesaid and the results of such studies and research in book or other form of permanent record to enable such work and its results to be widely and publicly disseminated.(iv) the making of grants towards the preparation and publication of books pamphlets and periodicals directed to the furtherance of the foregoing objects and to any person or persons in order to assist him or them in undertaking an educational course in or making a study of or conducting research into any of the foregoing matters
