(FOR FULL DETAILS SEE DEED AS AFFECTED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS (VALIDATION ACT 1954). THE INSTITUTE SHALL BE HELD BY THE TRUSTEES OR TRUSTEE UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF 20 YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE ISSUE NOW LIVING OF HER LATE MAJESTY QUEEN VICTORIA IF THEIR OR HIS POSSESSIONS THEREOF SHALL SO LONG CONTINUE.
