SECONDLY: 1) PAYMENT TO THE INCUMBENTS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE BENFICES OF WEST MALLING AND LONGFIELD OF NOT MORE THAN $100 EACH IN EVERY YEAR. 2) ASSISTING BY GRANTS OF MONEY NECESSITOUS CLERGYMEN BENEFICED OR LICENSED WITHIN THE OLD DIOCESE OF ROCHESTER AS CONSTITUTED ON 2ND SEPTEMBER 1704: PROVIDED THAT NO ONE CLERGYMAN SHALL RECEIVE IN ANY ONE YEAR A GRANT OR GRANTS EXCEEDING IN THE WHOLE $1000 OR SUCH OTHER AMOUNT AS THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE.
