IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SCHEME OF THE 13TH OCTOBER 1916 THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY MAY APPLY THE SAME IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF PETERSFIELD.
