The objects for which the Company is established (the “Objects”) are restricted to:2.1 the prevention or relief of poverty of the Beneficiaries; and2.2 the relief of those Beneficiaries who are in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage;2.3 the protection and preservation of health, and in particular mental health, of the Beneficiaries; and 2.4 Such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the Beneficiaries as the Trustees, in their absolute discretion, may from time to time determine,in each case for the public benefit.
