IT IS ENJOINED THAT THE ANNUAL INCOME FROM THE BEQUEST SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE MINISTER AND THE CHURCHWARDENNS ON THE FIRST MONDAY IN FEBRUARY IN EVERY YEAR IN BREAD OR COALS.
