JOHN, TIMBERHILL, AS THE MINITER AND THE CHURCHWARDENS FOR THE TIME BEING SHOULD THINK MOST DESERVING AS TO RELIGIOUS AND MORAL CHARACTERS OR AS THEY SALL THINK MOST DESERVING BY THEIR ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE CHURCH AND BY THEIR MORAL CHARACTERS. IT IS ENJOINED THAT THE ANNUAL INCOME FROM THE BEQUEST SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE MINISTER AND THE CHURCHWARDENNS ON THE FIRST MONDAY IN FEBRUARY IN EVERY YEAR IN BREAD OR COALS.
