GEOGRAPHICALLY THE BENEFICIARIES WILL BE PRIMARILY FROM CLEVELAND, COUNTY DURHAM AND NORTH YORKSHIRE BUT FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FROM ANY REGION OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
