(D) TO UNDERTAKE AND ENCOURAGE RESEARCH AND EXCAVATIONS. (E) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND RECORDING OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS, ANCIENT MONUMENTS, DOCUMENTS AND OTHER REMAINS.
