THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“THE OBJECTS”) ARE:3.1 TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE BY MEANS OF MONETARY GRANTS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THEFORMER NURSING STAFF OF THE MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL WHO MAY BE IN NEED THROUGH SICKNESS OR OTHERADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES; AND3.2 TO PROVIDE MONETARY ASSISTANCE TOWARDS EXPENSES FOR BENEFICIARIES (SEE CLAUSE 7) IN NURSEAND MIDWIFERY TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITY IN HEALTH-RELATEDFIELDS; AND3.3 TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THETRUSTEES.
