(II) THE PROVISION OF GRANTS FOR RESEARCH INTO MANAGEMENT/LABOUR RELATIONS PARTICULARLY WITHIN THE SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT INDUSTRIES AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
