(II) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SICIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUDBURY AND DISTRICT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS. (III) TO HOLD AT LEAST ONE ECUMENICAL SERVICE WITHIN THE CHURCH ANNUALLY.
