THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE THE POWER AT ANY TIME OR TIMES UNTIL (IF IT SHALL EVER HAPPEN) THE WHOLE OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND HAS BEEN SO DEALT WITH TO PAY APPLY OR APPROPRIATE THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE QUALIFIED CHARITY ("QUALIFIED CHARITIES" SHALL MEAN ANY PURPOSE BODY ORGANISATION OR OBJECT IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHICH UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND SHALL BE RECOGNISED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE) AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS BETWEEN THEM AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
