THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE EAST WORTHING AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER DEFINED BY THE RAILWAY LINE TO THE NORTH, THE SEA TO THE SOUTH, CHAPEL ROAD TO THE WEST AND THE WORTHING BOUNDARY (WESTERN ROAD TO THE EAST.
