(B) SECONDLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE PARISH OF RINGSTEAD OR IN NORFOLK GENERALLY IN PARTICULAR TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE AFORE- SAID AREA. (C) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE FROM TIME TO TIME RECONGNISED BY LAW AS GOOD CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
