(D) TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE SIKH COMMUNITY IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID YOUNG MEMBERS.
