TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OFPOLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITY VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AD LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE DONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. 2.
