SIMILARLY TO PRESERVE IMPROVE AND RENEW AND ADD TO THE CONTENTS OF SUCH BUILDINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON REGULAR VIEWING DAYS; AND B) TO PRESERVE, IMPROVE AND EQUIP BUILDINGS AND ORGANISATIONS IN THE PARISHES OF WALSINGHAM, SPROWSTON AND ELSEWHERE IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK, PROVIDING SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION, RECREATION, AND HEALTHCARE OF THE PUBLIC WHICH ARE NOT PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND IN PARTICULAR THE PARISH HALL IN LITTLE WALSINGHAM AND SIMILARLY TO PRESERVE, RENEW AND IMPROVE THE CONTENTS OF SUCH BUILDINGS.
