(IV) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF LEARNING AMONG THE CITIZENS OF THE FREE AND HANSEATIC CITY OF HAMBURG. (B) TO MAKE GRANTS TO ANY CHARITABLE FUN CORPORATION INSTITUTION OR PURPOSE AND FOR THE PURPOSES AFORESAID. (C) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE DETERMINED BY THE SETTLOR OR AFTER HIS DEATH BY A MAJORITY OF THE TRUSTEES.
