WHENEVER PRACTICABLE BUT ALWAYS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES MONIES RECIEVED INTO THE FUND SHALL BE USED FOR ANY SPECIAL PURPOSE INDICATED BY INDIVIDUAL DONORS.
