(D) TO PROMOTE HARMONIOUS COMMUNITY RELATIONS IN THE WEMBLEY AREA AND IN OTHER PARTS OF LONDON AND THE UNITED KINGDOM AMONGST PEOPLE OF ALL RACES BELIEFS AND CULTURES.
