(22) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, NATURAL HINSTORY AND ARCHITECTURE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (III) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN OR AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
