(3) POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE PARISHES OF BLUNDESTON AND LOUND, IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK AND THAT PART OF THE PARISH OF HOPTON ON SEA, IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK, WHICH LIES OUTSIDE THE AREA OF THE SAID ANCIENT PARISH.
