THIS OBJECT SHALL BE ACHIEVED BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT SUPPLIED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY OR SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ENLARGE THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE ACTIVITIES OF THE RESIDENTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS.
