THE OBJECTS ARE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL-HEALTH OR DISABILITY IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY:4.1 ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING HOSPICES AND RESIDENTIAL NURSING HOMES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE AND TREATMENT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY ILLNESS (IN PARTICULAR, ANY LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESS), DISABILITY OR INFIRMITY;4.2 ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING CENTRES AND/OR OTHER PREMISES FOR THE PROVISION ON A NON-RESIDENTIAL BASIS OF MEDICAL CARE OR OTHER TREATMENT, CARE AND ADVICE FOR ANY SUCH PERSONS;4.3 PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE OR OTHER TREATMENTS, CARE, SUPPORT AND ADVICE (INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF PASTORAL SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE TO COMBAT LONELINESS AND SOCIAL ISOLATION, AND DOMICILIARY CARE SERVICES) FOR ANY SUCH PERSONS IN THEIR OWN HOME SETTINGS AND/OR BY TELEPHONE, VIDEO OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS;4.4 PROVIDING RELATED SUPPORT AND/OR ADVICE TO THE RELATIVES AND CLOSE FRIENDS OF SUCH PERSONS;4.5 CONDUCTING OR PROMOTING RESEARCH INTO THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ANY SUCH PERSONS AND OF THEIR RELATIVES AND CLOSE FRIENDS AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND4.6 PROMOTING OR ASSISTING IN THE TEACHING OR TRAINING OF DOCTORS, NURSES, PHYSIOTHERAPISTS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AND IN THE TEACHING OR TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN ANY FIELD OF HEALTHCARE.
