(III) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECLARE BUT ONLY INSOFAR AS THE SAME ARE CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND.
