TO PROMOTE RACIAL HARMONY IN PARTICULAR BY BUILDING CAPACITY FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN THE COMMUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ESPECIALLY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM IN PARTICULAR BY ARRANGING INTER-COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS AND BY THE PROVISIONS OF TRAINING.
