TO PROMOTE IMPROVE AND DEVELOP PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND SUCH OTHER MUSICAL EVENTS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL DEEM SUITABLE.
