II) TO PAY OR APPLY THE CAPITAL OR INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH EDUCATIONAL BUT CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
