TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN GREATER LONDON.3. THE INCOME FROM THE BALANCE OF THE INVESTMENTS SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 2 HEREOF AND ANY ANNUAL OR OTHER FUNDS FROM TIME TO TIME RECEIVED FROM ANY PERSONS OR BODIES SHALL BE UTILISED FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE PURPOSES AFORESAID AND THE APPLICATION THEREOF SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SCHEME AND BE UNDER THE ENTIRE CONTROL OF THE TRUSTEES.4. THE TRUSTEES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE BALANCE OF THE INVESTMENTS SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 2 HEREOF ARE TO BE HELD AS A PERMANENT ENDOWMENT AND CANNOT BE UTILISED FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE PURPOSES AFORESAID WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSION.
