1) THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ú500 TO THE RECTOR OF BURWASH TO BE APPLIED IN THE PROMOTION IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND BY MEANS OF SUNDAY SCHOOLS OR OTHERWISE. 2) THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THEY THINK FIT IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS, OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, FOR THE BURWASH CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY, THE MANAGERS, AND THE TRUSTEES.3) THE RESIDUE OF THE NET YEARLY INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PERSON WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. IN THE ALLOCATION OF BENEFITS, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
