SOME OF THE INCOME MAY BE APPLIED TO PROVIDING EXHIBITIONS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PRESENT OR PAST PUPILS OF ANY SCHOOL IN PLYMOUTH IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
