B) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, TO PREPARE FOR, OR TO ENTER, A PROFESSION, TRADE, OR CALLING. C) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY INSTITUTION WHICH IS HELD ON TRUST FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE - TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF FYFIELD AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD.
