A) IN PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
