IN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS APPROVED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ATTENDING TO THE HEALTH OR PHYSICAL CONDITION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY V.A.P. SCHOOL IN THE SAID PARISHES.
