BENEFICIARIES MEANS PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF LAXFIELD OR WHO ARE, OR HAVE FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME BEEN, IN ATTENDANCE AT THE SCHOOL AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
