APPLICATION OF A YEARLY SUM, NOT EXCEEDING ONE THIRD OF NET INCOME, FOR PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR THE SCHOOL. RESIDUE OF THE NET YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED AS FOLLOWS:(A) IN AWARDING TO BENEFICIARIES EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR TEACHERS, UNIVERSITY, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION;(B) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, TO PREPARE FOR, OR TO ENTER, A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING;(C) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION( INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING ) OF BENEFICIARIES. BENEFICIARIES MEANS PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF LAXFIELD OR WHO ARE, OR HAVE FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME BEEN, IN ATTENDANCE AT THE SCHOOL AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
