(2) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF SUCH PERSONS. (AREA OF BENEFIT PARISHES OF CLAVERING AND LANGLEY AND THE ANCIENT PARISH OF SAFFRON WALDEN, ALL IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, THE PARISH OF CODICOTE IN THE COUNTY OF HERTFORDSHIRE, AND THE PARISHES OF GREAT WILBRAHAM AND WILBURTON IN THE COUNTY OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE.
