1. TO PROVIDE FOR THE CHESHUNT, DEWHURST ST. MARY'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL TO BE CONDUCTED AS A VOLUNTARY SCHOOL WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1959 IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 2. TO PROVIDE A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ú200 TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE OF THE DEWHURST ST. MARY CHURCH OF ENGLAND SECONDARY SCHOOL. 3. TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CHESHUNT, AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WITH PREFERENCE, OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL, FOR THOSE WHO ARE, OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME BEEN, IN ATTENDANCE AT THE SCHOOL:- (A) EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR TEACHERS, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION. (B) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, TO PREPARE FOR, OR ENTER, A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING., (C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES.
