PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS, OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR FAIRFORD CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL AND FARMER'S COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF FAIRFORD, AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE HEADMASTERS OF THE SAD SCHOOLS AND THE TRUSTEES. THE RESIDUE OF THE FOUNDATION'S INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- A. AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES; B. PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, CLOTHING, TOOLS, BOOKS, ETC. TO HELP BENEFICIARIES TO PREPARE FOR, OR TO ENTER, A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING; C. AWARDING BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES; FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS. D. PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN THE PARISH OF FAIRFORD; E. OR, OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF BENEFICIARIES. "BENEFICIARIES" MEANS PERSONS OF EITHER SEX, UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME ATTENDED AS PUPILS OF FAIRFORD CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL, FARMER'S COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL, FARMER'S ENDOWED PRIMARY SCHOOL OR SECONDARY SCHOOL AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
