(2) THE RESIDUE MAY BE APPLIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- PAYMENT OF FEES, TRAVELLING EXPENSES AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES FOR THE PURPOSES OF EDUCATION OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY; CARING FOR THE HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION OF CHILDREN; AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE POORER CLASSES IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA.
