THE GOVERNORS SHALL APPLY SUCH PORTION OF THE SAID INCOME AS THEY THINK FIT, HAVING REGARD TO THE NEEDS OF SENIOR AS WELL AS JUNIOR FOUNDATIONERS, INPROVIDING GIFTS FOR JUNIOR FOUNDATIONERS.B.
