AUGUSTINE AT MORE HOUSE, CROMWELL ROAD, LONDON AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO ENTER INTO AND EFFECT ANY AGREEMENTS WITH THE SAID CANONESSES THAT MAY BE THOUGHT FIT. TO ESTABLISH AND CONDUCT SCHOOLS EITHER FOR GIRLS OR BOYS OR BOTH IN ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WHICH ARE OPEN WITH ALL THEIR BENEFITS TO PUPILS OF ANY CREED OR NONE. TO CARRY ON ANY SCHOOLS ACQUIRED OR ESTABLISHED BY THE ASSOCIATION AS EDUCATIONAL CHARITIES AND TO USE AND APPLY FOR THAT PURPOSE ALL MONIES AND PROPERTY COMING TO IT. TO PROVIDE IN ALL THE ASSOCIATION'S SCHOOLS RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
