(E) GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCHOOLS WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT MAINTAINED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
