A SUM NOT EXCEEDING ú100,000 FOR THE PROMOTION ENCOURAGEMENT AND ASSISTANCE OF THE STUDY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROFESSORSHIPS OR LECTURESHIPS AND THE FOUNDATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS OR BURSARIES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. 5.
