TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE BY ALL SUCH LAWFUL MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES AND AWARDS TO BE AWARDED FOR PROFICIENCY IN DRAMA MUSIC AND/OR THE DRAMATIC OR ANCILLARY PERFORMING ARTS. 3.
