(II) RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATION INTO THE CAUSES OF SUCH DISEASES AND DISORDERS AND THE POSIBILITIES OF PREVENTION ALLEVIATION OR CURE AND TO DISSEMINATE AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATION.
